So who is going to play at 1C next season? Both Koivu and Staal are gone and that's probably above Eriksson Ek's potential.

Johannson is a good 3rd line winger on a cup-contending team. He's a decent second line winger on a crappy team (as he was last year). The one thing he is absolutely not is a center, which is where it is said they are going to try him next year. He was brutal at center here.

Feels like a Willy Ny for Matty D trade in the works.

You know it’s bad when you lose a trade to the Buffalo Sabres. They aren’t allowed to win anything ever

Good comment. Qualify it or frank off.

Guerin's next move? See a doctor for the obvious brain injury. I haven't seen a franchise destroyed this quickly since John Chayka and Kyle Dubas became GM's.

Next move will be retrieving Malkin.

It's hard to see how this trade makes sense right now, but one has to feel like there's definitely more coming. Anyone who knows the wild knows that the centers left on roster are not 1c material. And its hard to believe we acquired Bjugstad to be that after his recent production and surgery. I'm not real familiar with Johannson, but from what i gather he isn't really a C.

Wondering if guerin revisits the Parise deal that fell through, and/or has something in the works to ship Dumba off for the 1c they need.

I'll give Guerin the same patience i gave Fenton for now. Wait and see what this roster looks like after the offseason is complete before i totally judge.

Guerin May be looming at a complete rebuild. Seems like he got the short end of this one though. What he needs to do now is take Jack Johnson off the Penguins hands for a good draft pick. Please?

Is that a penalty for punking the Canes for Skinner. To Carolina: (literally) pu.
